The Home Inspection Process

The home inspection can take from three to four hours on average, and will cover more than 1,600 individual items and areas of the home. Upon completing the inspection, the home inspector will print out a comprehensive report and will then review the report with the Customer and point out any possible issues found during the inspection. If you can’t attend the inspection, we offer our electronic service which includes photos of any areas of concern emailed with the report on the same day of the inspection.
